Cooking Details

So that I could use about the entirety of the containers, I used extra ingredients: 2.5 cups orzo instead of 2 cups, extra chicken broth, and 12 oz cherry tomatoes instead of 8 oz. I made the meatballs the right size I think, but it made six extra meatballs.

I think I had the heat too high since there was a lot of browning on the bottom of the pan that felt close to burning. The orzo stuck when I didn’t stir it constantly.

The meatballs did not all stay in ball shape. To help with this, the internet suggests that next time I should: mix the meatball mixture less, refrigerate the meatballs for ten minutes, decrease the stovetop temperature, and not overcrowd the pan.
