I did not use dry sherry and didn’t substitute it. I initially misunderstood the chicken cooking instruction, thinking that the chicken was supposed to cook for five minutes on each side, but I think it’s supposed to be five minutes total.
Food Review
I liked this dish. It turned out good and Jacob said he’d like it again. It was reasonably easy to make.
