Changes Made: I tried sticking as closely to the two recipes as possible, but there were some things I inevitably had to substitute.

Review: This was a big undertaking that took careful planning. It was both a fun and exhausting project.

Food Review

The food turned out good, but not good enough to justify a full day of cooking. If I made this again, I would try replacing the many from-scratch ingredients with store-bought ingredients.
