Cooking Details

Country Loaf: I didn’t use the colander/cheesecloth and instead used a bowl with a towel around the dough. I had to take the dough out of the oven temporarily to brush off flour on the parchment paper because the flour was starting to burn. The end result had way too much flour on it. Also, the bread wasn’t rolled tight enough, so the loaf wasn’t as tall as I would have liked.

Food Review

The Country Loaf was good, and so was the actual sandwich.
